Weddings and Bridal Make Up

Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, Lucy is passionate about, and skilled in both makeup and hair styling for bridal parties. Lucy will travel to your location and, using Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, create exactly the look you desire for your special day. Prior to the wedding, Lucy can undertake a hair and makeup trial for the bride to agree on colours, styles and finishings. Knowing your hair and makeup will be perfect is one less thing to worry about on the day.

It is important to Lucy that on your big day you are comfortable with the amount and style of makeup you are wearing, whether it’s to enhance and highlight your natural beauty or if you have chosen to go for a more dramatic look.

Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the perfect look is created for bride and bridal party and Lucy will ensure that you feel both confident and comfortable with your hair and makeup, and that you will stay looking fresh and stunning for the entire day.

School Balls & formals

School balls are great fun and what better way to revel in the moment and look your best than with great make up!

Price List:

Group of 2 people for both hair and makeup $130 per person
Group of 3 people for both hair and makeup $120 per person
Group of 4 people for both hair and makeup $110 per person
Group of 5 people for both hair and makeup $100 per person
Individual false lashes available for an additional $10 per person

No call out fee within Chch for this service.

The group must all be getting ready at the one location, at the same time.

Parties & Lessons

Make Up Parties

Make Up parties are perfect for a hens night of just a bit of fun with the girls! The host receives a makeover along with a guest chosen at random from a hat. For every $100 your guests spend the host receives $10 credit to spend on Youngblood products of their choice!

Make Up Lesson

A one hour, one on one makeup lesson in the privacy of your own home where I will teach you the best way to emphasis your best features with make up. A great way to learn more tips and tricks to get the most out of your make up.

Cost: $95 with $50 of the price redeemable on Youngblood products

Christchurch makeup artist and hair stylist Lucy Harvey has worked in the industry for over 9 years. Lucy has diverse skills and experience working in wedding, formal occasion, photographic, film and television and special effects makeup.

Lucy qualified from the Design and Arts College with a Certificate in Makeup Design and Application in 2000, and has relished the opportunity ever since to put her creative skills, sense of style and personality into her work.
